 Change in The Digital Era

Digitization is creating a wealth of new opportunities for organizations, but it is also driving significant change in the way things are being done, tools used and most important roles. To avoid the main pitfalls of traditional change management practices, we use a lean-agile approach to adopting change.

The magic is in “Involvement” – engaging people affected by the change to become involved and accountable in all stages; from co-creating the strategy to rolling out the change. Change agents are able to keep the change plan and model up-to-date by incorporating the latest learnings obtained from the reactions on the work floors with feedback loops.

Driving Change

Human-centered design [also Human-centred design, as used in ISO standards] is an approach to problem solving, commonly used in design and management frameworks that develops solutions to problems by involving the human perspective in all steps of the problem-solving process.

Agile Practices

Accelerating digitization and democratization of information require organizations to build an operating model that adapts quickly to changes and efficiently reconfigure, strategy, structure, processes, people and technology towards creating value.

Agile is a way of working and a mindset, we use a combination of agile frameworks; Scrum, an iterative method of product development that focuses on a regular cadence of delivery and Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) that focuses on scaling agile practices to make it work for bigger organizations. In both frameworks, we build fusion agile teams that blend technology and business domain expertise, operate in rapid learning and fast decision cycles and guided by a common purpose to co-create value for all stakeholders.

The Scaled Agile Framework is a set of organization and workflow patterns intended to guide enterprises in scaling lean and agile practices.

Upskilling People

Automation and Artificial Intelligence will lead to changes in the workplace, but perhaps in different ways than one might think, we will see a lot of experimentations and as a result, new jobs will be created. To integrate technology, now and in the future, we gain a deep understanding of the way each employee and team does their present work and have them take part in redesigning their roles and ways of working. Using best practices and innovative methods, we will equip you with tools and techniques to jumpstart your digital upskilling program all the way from strategy to building a continuous learning culture.

Let us build a skilled digital workforce
